This is where the BRIGHTLY Ever After dream began. After designing and building a one-of-a-kind marquee sign to hang above the dance floor at her own wedding, Garrette was so overwhelmed with the response that she set out to provide all couples in the DMV with access to show-stopping details for their big day.
